    looks delicious!!!!!! i bet they are a little crustier than croissants you usually see to make up for all the filling so they don't get too mushy/soft while waiting to be enjoyed by someone. i would love the difference in texture of the creamy filling and the crispy croissant!

    For all of the hard work and the croissants look dry af. And what is the point of the lamination (folding butter into the dough) when they destroy all the layers with the cream???

    Are those beans they mixed in with the filling? Don't they have any berries in South East Asia? I have beans in Asian deserts by the way, so I am familiar with the texture and flavour combine with sweetness. We definitely eat sweeter things here in the US.
