Cabbage tastes better than meat. Why didn't I know about this cabbage recipe?ASMR video. Hello friends! Today I am sharing with you a popular cabbage recipe. I don't know why I have never cooked cabbage using this recipe. It tastes way better than schnitzel. The taste is simply incomparable! Fresh cucumber sauce complements these cabbage schnitzels perfectly.
Make this healthy vegetable meal for your family.
1. Chop 500 grams of cabbage, cover with water and boil for 7-8 minutes.
2. Drain the cabbage and let cool.
3. Cut 1-2 onions, fry in vegetable oil. Add 2 cloves of garlic.
4. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
5. Salt 2 eggs and mix well.
6. Squeeze the cabbage and put the eggs in it, stir.
7. Add the tomatoes, red pepper (or chili powder), a pinch of salt, black pepper, fried onion to the cabbage and mix everything together.
8. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir.
9. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
10. Fry the cabbage escalopes on both sides.
11. Place the cabbage escalopes on kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
🍲🍲🍲 Cooking an easy and quick sauce:
1. 100 grams of yogurt.
2. 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
3. Salt.
4. Coarsely grate 1 small cucumber.
5. Finely chop the dill.
6. Chop 2 cloves of garlic.
7. Mix well.
