No eggs, no milk!

400 ml of warm milk
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
8 g of dry yeast
40 ml of vegetable oil
600-700 g of flour

Thank you for posting this video. When I was a young boy, we bought something similar from the bakery.These were called bread rolls, they were chrispy and crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The filling was, boere wors or a Russian sausage, or a beef, pork or some other sausage. We used tomato and onion with chilli sauce or mustard over the roll.
